MISSION STATEMENT
Kaptured By Kaylie showcases the beauty of the world that not everyone sees. Addressing a variety of social justice issues while also balancing a fun and happy environment is of utmost importance. Capturing moments in time through a camera, whether it be through filmmaking or photography, is how we choose to share our unique creativity with the world.
To paraphrase John Baldessari, I told people it was art so they believed it was art. Art is anything you say it is. From my perspective, art is each individual artist's way of showing you how they view the world. This is why each person's creative expression is so incredibly different and unique. The art a person creates provides a bridge to inside their mind for the people experiencing it. My portfolio is a look inside my creative brain for my viewers. I feel blessed to be able to share my creativity with others and I will forever continue to create until the day I die because otherwise there's no reason to live.
